  • Is or was an athletic instructor, coach or leader and the other person involved was under the age of 18;
  • Is or was a professional in the mental health field who convinced their client that the sexual behavior was a critical component of their treatment;
  • Is or was an employee of a detention facility and the other person involved is an inmate at the facility;
  • Is or was a cleric and the other person is a minor who attends or is a member of the congregation in which the cleric works
  • Is or was a law enforcement officer and at least two or more years older and the other person involved is under the age of 18.
