Juliea Crumes wanted to be a lawyer from a young age. Growing up in Covington, Kentucky, Juliea realized that she didn’t know too many African Americans (men or women) who were attorneys. She wanted to change that and be a catalyst for change by proving passionate advocacy to those facing an unforgiving criminal justice system, so little black girls could see themselves represented. Juliea joined Luftman, Heck & Associates in 2021 and her practice includes:
” I want to be an advocate for those who look like me and the minorities most affected by the system. “
As a Cincinnati defense attorney with Luftman, Heck & Associates, Juliea is proud to help those targeted and oppressed by the legal system. She approaches every case with empathy and concern for her clients and what they are going through. This influences the strategies she implements and the outcomes they receive.
For Juliea, the key to a successful case is open and honest client communication. Most clients praise Juliea for the case updates they receive and her willingness to answer questions. Julie ensures clients understand the process and are comfortable knowing someone they trust is fighting for them.
Outside of the office, Juliea likes to read and spends her time traveling.
