No Jail Time For Miamisburg Man’s Second DUI

Posted On: August 21st, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

A client came to us for help when he was faced with 20 days in jail after receiving his second in time DUI with refusal test. The 27-year-old man worked as a paver for a paving company in the Miamisburg area. Attorney Brad Groene took his case to the Miamisburg Municipal Court where his charge was reduced to a physical control. Our client received a three day driver intervention program, probation, a fine and court costs. This was a good result for a second DUI and refusal test which carries enhanced penalties. We successfully managed to keep the charge off of his record and because he did not go to jail, he was able to keep his job.

Bradley Groene made an exceptionally difficult situation much easier to handle. He kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and got results for my case far better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend him for anyone who finds themselves in legal troubles.
