21-Year Old Driver Avoids OVI Conviction on Record

Posted On: June 25th, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

A 21-year old driver was pulled over by a police officer after running a red light. Once the officer whiffed alcohol on his breath, Cincinnati OVI attorney Brad Groene’s client was subjected to a breathalyzer test and field sobriety test. It was discovered his client was over the legal blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit. In the State of Ohio, it is illegal to drive with a BAC of .08 or over.

When attorney Groene was contacted, he investigated his client’s situation carefully and represented his client at the Hamilton County Municipal Court. After multiple court hearings, the Cincinnati OVI attorney Brad Groene successfully changed the charge on his client’s record, reducing the OVI to a lesser charge – reckless operation of a vehicle.
