Man Charged With Driving Under 12 Point Suspension Gets Reduced Violation

Posted On: October 2nd, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

A man with a significant amount of speeding and traffic history was caught driving under a 12 point suspension. If convicted, the man could see at least a three day mandatory in jail or up to six months behind bars. With the livelihood of his own business at stake, the man could not afford to miss any work and struggled with the idea of a jail sentence. He was concerned with how this potential conviction would adversely affect his company and knew he would need a strong defense.

Cincinnati criminal defense attorney Brad Groene understood the risks involved with such a charge. The Montgomery Mayors court case went on for the lengths of about four months and Groene fought vigorously throughout on behalf of his client. Due to his knowledge and investment in this case, Groene successfully got the the charge reduced to an unclassified misdemeanor. There was no jail time involved for his client but only a required fine.
