Hamilton County Woman’s Theft Charge Reduced, Keeps Job

Posted On: August 25th, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

Our offices were contacted by a 30-year-old woman in Hamilton County, who had been charged with theft. The woman walked out of a local grocery store in frustration, with things she did not purchase. As a wife and mother of two, with a good government job and no previous history of criminal record, she turned to Luftman, Heck & Associates for help. Cincinnati criminal defense attorney Brad Groene, realized the importance of the case being reduced. If not, the woman would ultimately lose her government job and be unable to provide for her family. After evaluating her case, Brad went to Hamilton County Municipal Court and got the charge reduced to disorderly conduct. She also paid a small fine. Our client was thrilled she was able to continue working and after a year, her charge can be expunged from her record.
