College Student’s Possession of Marijuana Charges Dismissed

Posted On: October 19th, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

A 20-year-old college student with good grades and a bright future ahead of him found himself in a difficult situation after making a few poor decisions one night. The student was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. The last thing he wanted on his spotless record was a possession charge as he prepared for graduation and applied to job prospects. He took his charge to Cincinnati criminal defense lawyer Brad Groene.

In the Hamilton County Municipal Court, Groene fought the charges against his client. His strong defense consisted of many different elements. As it turns out, his client’s rights were violated and a warrantless search and seizure was performed. Within two court dates, the case was dismissed and our client will see no record of any marijuana use at all on his record, providing a bright future for him as intended.

Bradley Groene made an exceptionally difficult situation much easier to handle. He kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and got results for my case far better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend him for anyone who finds themselves in legal troubles.
