OVI Charge With .00 BAC Dismissed

Posted On: November 9th, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

Cincinnati OVI lawyer Brad Groene commonly sees OVI charges in and around the Cincinnati area. More recently, a 45-year-old man was charged with OVI, but after being prompted by police officers to take the breathalyzer test, the results indicated a .00 BAC. However, the officer still thought he was impaired and continued to charge him.

Attorney Groene represented the drywall laborer in this unusual case and appeared in Clinton County Municipal Court. Regardless of a .00 breath test, if a police officer thinks you are impaired, they can proceed with the charge. Groene spoke with the prosecutor various times and examined the breath test results. After negotiations with the prosecutor, we were able to successfully dismiss the case against our client.

Bradley Groene made an exceptionally difficult situation much easier to handle. He kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and got results for my case far better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend him for anyone who finds themselves in legal troubles.
