Cincinnati OVI Reduced To Reckless Operation For Working Mom

Posted On: November 24th, 2015 by Bradley J. Groene

A single, working mother from Hamilton County was recently charged with a Cincinnati OVI. The charge came soon after police officers pulled her over and administered both a field sobriety test and a breath test. The breathalyzer test revealed a .137 BAC – way over the Ohio limit of .08. Concerned about losing necessary driving privileges for getting to work and taking care of her kids, the woman contacted Cincinnati attorney Bradley Groene to represent her in this time sensitive case.

Groene knew a license suspension would prove problematic for his client and fought on her behalf to make sure she did not lose driving privileges. After getting into the Hamilton County Municipal Court, attorney Groene spoke with the prosecutor and negotiated for a reduced offense of reckless operation. Upon completion of this case, our client was able to continue to drive for all necessary activities.
